Dunlopillo Beds & Mattresses - Home Delivery Service

Where a mobile phone number has been provided, you will be contacted by text once your order is ready for delivery. At this stage you can select your delivery date. The evening before delivery (after 5pm) you will receive a text message with a 3 hour time slot. On the day of the delivery you should receive a pre-delivery call.

If we don't have a mobile number, you will be contacted by email to arrange a delivery date. You will not receive the a message with a time slot the evening before.

The delivery service will be a provided by two individuals, with a room of choice drop, unpacking, assembly and removal of packaging. However this does not apply to any Electric Action Bed Frames which will be delivered to room of choice only.

Removal of the old bed is not part of the service, but is available for an extra charge and must be booked when the order is placed with Big Brand Beds.

Dunlopillo's delivery partner will make up to 2 attempts to effect a successful delivery. If unsuccessful on the second attempt at delivery, Dunlopillo will cancel the delivery and refer back to Big Brand Beds for support in progressing the order. In the event of this happening, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the failed delivery.
