Sealy Beds & Mattresses - Home Delivery Service

Big Brand Beds will generally use the home delivery service offered by Sealy for Sealy divan beds and mattresses.

All Sealy orders will be booked in direct with our customers by the Sealy home delivery department with as much notice as possible. Once a delivery date has been arranged, you will receive notifaction the evening before of a 4 hour time slot. On  the day of delivery you will be contacted 1/2 hour before arrival. In order to receive details of time frame, we must have a mobile phone number or email address.

All Sealy delivery services are a 2-person delivery to a room of choice, carried out on a Monday to Friday. Unpackaging, assembly and removal of packaging and removal of the old bed is not part of the service, but is available for an extra charge and must be booked when the order is placed with Big Brand Beds.

Sealy’s carrier will make 2 attempts to effect a successful delivery. If they are unsuccessful on the second attempt, they will refer back to Big Brand Beds for support in progressing the order. We reserve the right to charge the customer in the unlikely event of an aborted delivery.
