Following on from our Infographic look at how technology affects sleep, we saw some interesting and ironic results. The vast majority of the thousands that viewed the infographic during the first week it was published did so just before sleep time. The numbers peaked between 8.30pm and midnight with over 1000 views at 10.30pm. This kind of proves that people are addicted to their mobile devices.
