Delivery Information for Hypnos Beds & Mattresses

Hypnos Delivery Flow

It is solely the customers responsibility to ensure purchased items will fit into their property. The customer must check the measurements of doorways, corridors and stairways to ensure the order will fit.

  • Once the customers goods are in the warehouse they will be contacted to arrange delivery and find out any special instructions.
  • Once delivery day is confirmed confirmation email is sent to the customer with all the relevant terms and conditions and a link to the tracking URL.

Items Picked and Loaded

  • The night before the planned delivery we pick, scan and load the item onto the van.
  • An alert is sent to the customer advising that the item is loaded with the details of the crew and their contact numbers.

On Route

  • The customer is contacted by the crew (after 8am) to confirm delivery time (2-hour Window) and discuss any specific requirements
  • Crew continually contact the customers to update on progress and routinely after the previous delivery

Arrive at Customers Home

  • On arrival we walk the route to the room of choice and discuss any issues with the customer to avoid any potential damage
  • If route is challenging, there may be a need to ask for a disclaimer to be signed

Complete Delivery

  • We put on overshoes and white gloves and carefully place the item completing any agreed construction
  • Delivery includes removal of packaging and assembly. Disposal of old bed is available if booked at the time of order.
  • We remove all packaging and ensure customer is delighted with the service before they sign to confirm delivery and that our liability ends.
