5 year guarantee. Nestledown give the standard NBF 5 year warranty, ie, repair or replace free of charge during the first year of ownership, followed by a required contribution of 20% of the current value for each subsequent year up to 5, after which the contribution would be 100%.
Sleepeezee give a 5 year guarantee, equal to 5 years as the first year of the standard warranty.
In all cases this is dependant on the product suffering from faulty or defective materials or workmanship. A warranty card explaing all this should be enclosed with all products.
