Bed Sizes
Standard UK bed sizes are as follows. However not all manufacturers make all size options. Silentnight do not make a 2’6” x 6’3” (075cm x 190cm) Small Single or 4’0” x 6’3” (120cm x 190cm) Small Double.

- 4’6” x 6’3” (135cm x 190cm) Double

- 6’0” x 6’6” (180cm x 200cm) Super Kingsize

Terms used in this website
Do we deliver to your address?
We deliver to most postal areas in the UK, including the Scottish Islands and Isle of Wight. The Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man may not always be possible. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Eire or other countries outside of the UK.
However, the Silentnight Group sometimes act as the service provider on behalf of Big Brand Beds. As their beds are made especially for the consumer they will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
Is my delivery left at the front door?
Our delivery team will deliver your purchase to the room of your choice, subject to there being suitable access.
What if I'm not in when you deliver?
Deliveries will usually be made on Mondays to Fridays between 7.30am and 8.00pm. We will make up to 3 attempts to affect a successful delivery. If we are unsuccessful on the third attempt there will be a charge of £50.00 levied for a further delivery.
How long will I have to wait for my goods?
Generally we aim to deliver all items to you within 20 working days. If there is a problem we will contact you to advise you accordingly.
What happens if the wrong goods are delivered to me?
Contact us and we will arrange a convenient time to collect the goods and exchange them for you.
What happens if my goods are faulty?
Contact us and we will arrange a convenient time to collect the faulty items and exchange them for you.
Will my bed be assembled?
We are only able to deliver beds in our Southern Region delivery area. Please contact us for details of the delivery area. We will endeavour to deliver the goods to the room of your choice. However bedsteads and bedframes will not be assembled.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Through our secure payment server we can accept debit cards, mastercard, and visa. You can also post us a cheque payable to Stephen Vokins Ltd.
