General delivery information
- A member of our Customer Services department will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date
- The times of our deliveries are before 1.30pm or after 11.30am. Unfortunately we are unable to specify exact times. However our drivers are happy to call you one hour before the antisipated arrival if you wish.
- The delivery will be carried out by 2 men, who will endeavour to deliver the goods to the room of your choice
Delivery Times
- Our delivery times are Monday to Friday 7:30am to 8:00pm
- AM deliveries are between 7:30am – 1.00pm
- PM deliveries are between 11:30am – 8.00pm

- Most orders will be received into our warehouse within 15-20 working days. Occasionally, this lead-time might be altered due to annual holiday. However you will be notified if this is the case
Assembly of Beds
- We are only able to offer Our FREE assembly service to deliveries made in the Southern Region only. Assembly applies to divan and mattress sets only. We will unwrap and assemble your new bed in the room of your choice (subject to access) and remove all the rubbish. Please note that we do not assemble bedsteads.
