We have received an update from Myers regarding the installation of their new computer system.

Unfortunately the new computer system installation that took place this week has unfortunately not gone as well as planned. A number of issues have arisen that have prevented the system going live in time for Myers, Slumberland or Staples to produce and ship any beds or mattresses this week. As a consequence they are planning to make and despatch 2 weeks worth of orders next week to catch back the order lead time situation.

As soon as the new system comes on stream they will be rescheduling all the overdue and due orders for week commencing 11th August.

They’re confident that this revised plan will work but if they do encounter further problems we will advise you as soon as we can.

Big Brand Beds apologise to our customers for any inconvenience with this slightly protracted delivery time and want to reassure you that the team at Myers, Slumberland and Staples beds are working very hard to overcome this disruption. They sincerely hope to be back to normal service as quickly as possible.
