Sleepeezee Guarantee & Warranty

Sleepeezee is part of the Simmons Bedding Group and we are confident all of our beds are made to the highest standards.

Therefore we offer the following guarantee:

  • 7 Years: PURE by Sleepeezee
  • 7 Years: Sleepeezee divan sets (Sleepeezee mattress purchased with a Sleepeezee divan base)
  • 5 Years: Sleepeezee mattress (when purchased separately)
  • 2 Years: Adjustable motors and handsets
  • 1 Year: Divan drawers, drawer runners, linking bars and mattress toppers

In the unlikely event of a defect becoming apparent, please contact your retailer within ONE month of the problem occurring. Give the retailer proof of purchase along with the nature of the issue and any photographs you have taken, which will help us to identify the potential cause. Following an inspection by the retailer and/or an independent inspection company, the defective product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. This may be at the discretion of Simmons Bedding Group. but does not affect your statutory rights

Terms and conditions:

  • General wear and tear: including staining. excessive soiling. abrasion, tears and bums, mis-use and normal bed filling settlement are excluded.
  • The guarantee is non-transferable and valid from the date of original purchase only.
  • Consistent with meeting its obligations under the guarantee, Simmons Bedding Group reserves the right to undertake the least cost option to it. This may involve rectifying the problem, arranging for the unsatisfactory component to be replaced or refunding part of the original purchase price.
  • This guarantee does not extend to non-domestic usage, or to goods which are taken outside the UK.
  • The guarantee may be invalidated if the purchaser does not follow or carry out proper care procedures as outlined in the guidelines, or where the product has been adapted, abused or altered.
  • The terms of this guarantee in no way limits legal and statutory rights.
  • Simmons Bedding Group reserves the right to change specifications without prior notice as part of our continuous improvement policy.

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 - The Right To Cancel

Customers should note that under Section 13 1 c of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, they do not have the right to cancel beds that have been specially ordered to their specific specification.

This applies to beds with multiple variants, where the bed has been manufactured specifically for the customer. For example where there is a choice of mattress spring tensions and divan base fabrics. This ruling will generally apply to Sealy beds ordered.

It is for this reason that each Sealy bed or mattress specifically ordered to the customer’s specification is not available from stock and is made to order, hence the general lead time of 4-5 weeks.

Your statutory rights are not affected in the event of faulty merchandise.
