Silentnight Beds & Mattresses Home Delivery Service

Big Brand Beds will generally use the home delivery service offered by Silentnight for Silentnight divan beds and mattresses.

All Silentnight orders will be booked in direct with our customers by the Silentnight home delivery contact centre. Customers will generally be contacted by telephone within 2 days of placing their order and will be offered a delivery date.

provided you have given us a mobile numer or email address, you will be contacted after 5pm the evening before your due delivery to allocate a four hour delivery/collection slot. On the day, the delivery crew will call you 1/2 hour prior to the ETA.

The items are delivered to the room of choice. Under the commercial agreement between Silentnight and their customer, the Goods will be unwrapped, the packaging removed and the product assembled. Headboards will not be attached.

If the Recipient is not in at the time of delivery the crew will attempt to contact the customer by phone. The crew will wait for 20 minutes for the customer to return home.

If the delivery is unsuccessful, a card will be left and the Goods will be returned to the local depot.

If the delivery is unsuccessful, the customer will be contacted to arrange a subsequent delivery date.  Any customer “no shows” are attempted to be re-arranged up to three times after which, the Goods are returned to Silentnight.

For Health and Safety reasons, the carrier has the right to refuse to collect heavily soiled unpackaged product.

We reserve the right to charge the customer in the unlikely event of an aborted delivery.
