Wholesale Beds Direct Home Delivery Service

Wholesale beds will generally operate deliveries for their products as this will speed up delivery lead times to our customers.

Next Day Deliveries

Most deliveries for bed frames will be carried out by Tuffnells on a next working day service. This is untimed, but generally between 8am - 6pm. the service is to the front door. There is no option for delivery to room of choice or disposal on our next day service. If this is something you require, add the additional charges to the basket by following the link to additinal services

5 Day 2 Man Delivery

SGK will generally carry out deliveries the customers hallway. You will receive a call to book your 2 man delivery. Should you need to speak to them there number is 01902 585853.

Delivery to the room of choice is available at an extra charge. Old bed frames and divan bases can be disposed of, but must be taken apart prior to collection .

In the event of a customer being out a card will be left for you to call the carrier to re-arrange the delivery..

Deliveries are carried out to the customers front door and there is no assembly service offered.

Scottish Highlands

Our Wholesale beds are only delivered to the following Scottish postcodes and attract a surcharge of £20: DG, TD, KA, ML, EH, G, KY & FK

Beds Damaged in Transit

Please be aware that when the carrier delivers your goods, you should inspect them, particularly if the box has been damaged. The driver by law has to wait. If you or the recipient does not have the time to inspect the goods, please sign and state ‘not examined’. Do not let the driver sign on your behalf. If they use covid as an excuse take a picture of the driver with the box. In the worst-case scenario, reject the delivery. Due to the carriers terms and conditions if the box is damaged and not signed for as damaged on delivery, then they are not liable and we will not be able to replace the goods.

In the event of the parcels arriving damaged and the contents are damaged, we recommend you refuse the delivery and do not sign. Email us and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.

If, when you open the boxes there are damaged parts, please email us pictures and we will arrange for the faulty items to be replaced.
