Furniture to Go Home Delivery Service
Furniture to Go will generally operate deliveries for their products as this will speed up delivery lead times to our customers. Please note the delivery service is for most areas of the UK.
The following postcodes attract an extra charge (postcodes AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, IV, KA, KY, KW, ML, PA, PH, SA, TD, TR). Before processing your order we will advise you if there is an additional charge to pay. We are unable to fix a price as the charges depend on what is being delivered.
Furniture to Go Service
Using their logistic partner in the UK, XDP, delivery is either via parcel home delivery or pallet service, to the customer’s door.
All orders placed by 10.00am will be delivered the following if the goods are in stock. However if an order is placed on a Friday it will be shipped on Monday.
The one man delivery service is to the customer’s front door only and does not include any unpacking, assembly or removal of packaging.
Delivery is generally between 8am - 6pm. Customers will receive a text on the morning of the delivery to give them an approximate time slot.
Please note all items are delivered in FLATPACK form for ease of handling and to prevent damage to the products when taking them upstairs.
Furniture To Go Ltd endeavors to keep to expected delivery times. Should we be unable to deliver within the set date, we will naturally inform the customer and decide on a new delivery date.
Furniture To Go Ltd is never responsible for any losses, costs, damages or expenses that the customer or delivery company takes on as a direct or indirect consequence of us not being able to deliver on time.
